Why do i yawn after i cough?

After I have a bit of a cough I always yawn
Answers:
Hmm... well one of the reason we yawn is to get maximum oxygen into the blood.

So general common sense would enunciate if you are coughing, you aren't getting as much air into your lungs, so a big old yawn after makes up for it.

Just an perception though.
