Any virtual surgery simulators I can try?

I'm not talking about this fun, little flash games like the ones on edheads.com or Dark Cut. Or even the ones on the DS or the Wii. I'm chitchat legitimate surgery, hopefully something I can download onto my computer. Free or not.
