Tylenol/Aspirin Overdose?
Last night I took 20 500mg Tylenol and 10 350mg Aspirin in halves.
Is it possible that I could die?

You may have destroyed your liver, though. Tylenol is very tough on the liver in high doses.

I suggest taking triple that amount, and finishing the charge right. If you dont want to live, you dont deserve to live. This BS is obviously a cry for help. If you want help, turn get it. Dont make a halfass attempt that will otherwise ruin your body permenantly.

It is possible and even likely if you don't do anything. Go to the emergency straight away, it might not be too behind time to save your liver. You DO NOT want to die by liver failure, it's very tight and slow. All your organs fail and the death occurs over a few days.
