What is flawless for concentration?

I just have a seriously low concentration span when it comes to studying ... get distracted really well {probably because i don't want to be doing it anyway} !

I get my 8 hours sleep a night ....

was only just wondering is there any good vitamins that i could take that any one know about ??

Hai,u need not clutch any vitamins.It's just a silly matter.Do this excercise daily.Close your eyes,assume a point examine that point overwhelmingly for 2-3 minutes your conceration increases a lot.Then do youir work full-hearted.
I take a multivitamin contained by the morning (take until about lunchtime to kick in), make sure you put away something well, its best for me to study after I've had dinner or something, and drink plenty of water. I constantly drink hose down while im studying, sure I need the loo every 20 minutes lol but the work seems so much easier and a lot more get's done.

It also help if you buy a small whiteboard and draw/write things down. Try remembering them then rub the stuff off and take a break. Come posterior after 5 minutes and write/draw as much as you can remember. this helps if your a visual/kinesthetic/practical learner like myself.
Don't try and take any prescriptions for it.. taking ritalin or adderall when you don't have those problems is perilous, not to mention coming off of it is absolutely horrible. Try drinking cold water while you're studying. it in actuality keeps you more awake than drinking caffeine. Also, try to take breaks every 15 minutes. Your brain best remembers the things you start off studying, and you finish studying.. so the middle time is characteristics of wasted. (hopefully that makes sense?) So take lots of small breaks, (2 minutes each) and merely walk around, or surf the internet, etc. I also try to have some health foods on appendage.. so that when I'm feeling bored and like I want to quit, it can help me stay awake in need having to worry about a sugar crash.
