What is the difference between a home doctor and an internal prescription doctor?

Family medicine doctors typically have a broader range of patients, age-wise. They are prepared to button pediatric patients as well as adults, and many of them also do basic gynecological strictness as well.

I think they both do basically duplicate thing, except in my case, my familial doctor is mainly a cold and flu doctor as I have found out. He doesn't know crap. I think to be exact just in my case and some others I hold talked to. He has misdiagnosed me so many times lately.
