Side affects of throbbing killer?
i pulled a muscle in my kneck, and today my doctor gave me difene anti-inflamitories and tradol (tramadol) 50mg painkillers,i didnt take the difene but i took one tradol analgesic and an hour later i felt very desk light headed, sick as if i was going to vomit, it lasted a few hours, is this commonplace? i havent taken anymore and dont intend to, it kind of scared me, i just get a few capsules,not a box and with no piece of paper you usually get.

Although Ultram (Tramadol) is not a true narcotic, it behaves similarly. They are notorious for making individuals nauseated and are often found in combination with promethazine (Phenergan) to off-set the nausea. Also, anti-inflammatories recurrently cause upset stomach, so it's a good thing you didn't run them both together. I would either request something else for pain if you need it, or some Phenergan to rob along with the Ultram if it controls your pain adequately and the nausea/dizziness is the lone side-effect you are having.
It's common side effect of narcotics, tell your doctor and he should give you something different.
